If you look at the town of La Junta on the map you can see that it is literally located at the end of the world. Situated at the tip of South America it is next to glaciers, snow covered cliffs and vast Patagonian areas of ice. La Junta is a small town situated at KM 270 on the Carretera Austal, it owes its name to the union of two rivers the Rio Palena and Rosselot. The cool Andean climate given origin to excellent lands for farming, sheepherding and places rich in flora.
